Overview of the iOS MaaS360 app

Below is a basic overview of the MaaS360 app for iOS devices

Home

When you first login to MaaS360, you will see the apps needed to access MacIntyre emails, calendar, contacts, etc…

Emails

This shows your latest emails, you can create new ones or reply to received ones. The app will show a number if there are unread emails in the Inbox.

Email Folders

If you need to look at another email folder, tap 'Inbox' at the top of the screen, then tap the folder you want to look at. For sub folders, tap your name at the bottom of the list.

If you need to find an email, tap the search field near the top of the screen where you can search by various fields.

The initial search is for emails synchonised to the device, so if it doesn't show the email you're looking for, tap 'Continue Search on Server...' and it will do just that.

Home

When you're ready to go back to the MaaS360 home screen, tap the 3 lines in the top left hand corner, then tap the MaaS360 icon.

Calendar

This will show initially show you today's events.

Calendar view

You can change the view to week, month, etc… by tapping the date at the top of the screen, then tap the choice you want

If you need to find an event, tap the magnifying glass icon at the top right of the screen where you can search for them

When you're ready to go back to the MaaS360 home screen, tap the 3 lines in the top left hand corner, then tap the MaaS360 icon.

Contacts

This will list all of your contacts you have in your email account. This won't show contacts in the device Contacts app. The two are kept separate.

Contacts view

You can view any contact folders by tapping 'Contacts' at the top of the screen, then tap the folder you want

If you need to find particular contact details, tap 'Personal and Corporate Contacts' above the contacts list where you can search for them. Initially it will search contacts in your account, but tap on 'Corporate Directory' and it will search the MacIntyre Global Address List instead.
