LMS - How to view your grades

Viewing your grades

You can view your grades for any activities that require a grade to complete or pass that activity.

This guide will show you how to view your grades. Course pages display the grade required to pass the module. You can access your grades in two different ways:
  1. Via the course page
  2. Via your profile page

1. Via the course page 
  1. Navigate to the course via the tile on your dashboard On the left of the page you’ll notice a menu of options available to you (the number of options will depend on how the course has been set up for your use). In the example for this guide we’ve only set up the ‘Grades’ option. 

 

  1. Click on the 'Grades' text link
You’ll see all the items on the course that have a graded element and what grade has been awarded.


2. Via your profile page

To view your grades via your profile page:
  1. Click on the arrow to the right of your name at the top of the screen

  1. Click on 'Profile' from the drop-down menu
Your profile options will now be available.
  1. Click on 'Grades overview', it's located under the 'Reports' heading


You’ll see a list of courses that have grade viewing enabled and any grades that have been awarded to you.
  1. To go to the course page just click on the name of the course you wish to view


If you have any difficulty with the system then please raise an eLearning support request by clicking 'Queries' at the top of this page and then click on the 'Add Query' button.  You'll then need to complete the appropriate query template.
