If you have forgotten the passcode to access the MaaS360 app, follow the instructions below to reset it yourself.

Open the MaaS360 app and tap the down arrow to close the keyboard

Tap 'FORGOT PASSCODE'

Tap the 'Password' field to open the keyboard, enter your email password, then tap 'OK'

If the email password was successful, enter a new Passcode; noting the passcode requirements of minimum 8 characters with at least one letter and/or number, then tap 'OK'

Enter the new passcode again, then tap 'OK'

If the change was successful, you allowed access to MaaS360 again
