If you wish to access MacIntyre email on your Android device, MacIntyre supports a secure method using the MaaS360 system. This system keeps access to email, calendar, contacts and tasks separate from your personal content on your MacIntyre supplied device, in a secure container.
If you wish to set this up, first you need to contact IT Support to request access to MacIntyre email on your MacIntyre Android device. If the request is approved, they may generate an email, which you can use to install access, or they may ask you to just follow the below instructions.
Before the system can be installed on your Android device, you need to ensure you have a PIN (also known as a passcode) enabled on your device and have a PIN of 8 characters or more set-up. You also need to have already created your Google account. This must be done before following the below instructions.

You should word the email something like:

Can you please installed the required apps so I can access my emails, etc…"
They will push the required apps to the device and close the query stating they have done so.
