How do I change my webmail password?

Do you want to change your password in Outlook Web App, but don't know how ?

If you're based in one of the following offices, to change your email password, you need to change your office computer password, instead. This will change both at the same time, as the accounts are linked together. There's a link at the bottom of these instructions; called "How do I change my computer password?", which shows you how.

If you have forgotten your email password, in the first instance, contact your local admin office, as they can reset email password. Alternatively ask your manager to contact IT Support to request an email password reset.
Password must be at least 8 characters long and ideally with letters and numbers in it.
  1. Login to Webmail using your current credentials
  1. In the top right had corner of Webmail:
    1. Click 'Options'
    2. Click 'See All Options'
  2. On the left hand side, click 'Settings'
  3. Click 'Password' at the top of the page
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter and Confirm your new password
  6. Click 'Save'
  7. You will automatically be logged out of Webmail
  8. Close the web browser
  9. Open your browser again and login to Webmail with your new password
