How do I change my email signature in Outlook 2016?
1. Open Outlook 2016 as you would normally
3. You will receive an automated reply containing the signature template
3.1. Open this email and copy the signature template
3.2. Close the email
4. Click FILE in the top left corner of Outlook, then click OPTIONS
5. In the 'Outlook Options' window that appears, click MAIL
6. Click the SIGNATURES button on the right hand side
7. Delete any existing signatures
8. Click New and give your new signature a name
9. Paste the new signature into the empty box
9.1 Edit the fields for your name, phone numbers and email address
9.2 Edit the Service Address at the bottom
If you work in Childrens Homes or Supported Living you should enter your local office or school address
If in doubt leave the address as it is
You may need to scroll down the signature to make all the changes10. Make sure your signature is selected for all new messages and replies/forwards by selecting it from the drop down menus
11. Click OK twice more where you will be back to your emails
