Welcome to the Support Help Centre
The aim of this Help Centre is to allow you to track any open
queries you have for IT Support and eLearning Support, by clicking 'Sign
In' at the top of this page and using the same username and password
you use to log into your email (the username is in the format
firstname.surname@macintyrecharity.org ). You can then check the status
of your open queries; or any queries you've been copied in on, in the
Queries section; also at the top of this page. You will also be able to
update your query directly through this Help Centre whether it's
providing more information or just asking for an update to the query.
You can also log new IT and eLearning queries for any issues you're having, for example:
IT Support:
- You're having a problem with your IT equipment; computer, monitor, printer, etc...
- Need to purchase new IT equipment
- A piece of software isn't working as it should
- You suspect you have a virus or trojan on your computer
- You need to ask an IT related question
eLearning Support:
- You haven't been assigned a required course
- A course isn't showing complete when you have done it
- You require a new course to be added to the LMS
- You have a query about reports
On this Help Centre we provide handy contact numbers and email addresses for services IT Support don't manage, for example Payslips (iTrent) , AssessNet & eBis . These can be found in the 'Notices' section. If
you need help, you can use our Chat to talk to one of the IT or
eLearning Support teams. Just click the purple chat circle in the bottom
right hand corner of this page. We can also remote control your
computer, just start a chat with us and we'll help you get connected.
Under
the FAQ's section, we have some FAQ's which may answer your query
faster without the need to email, chat or call IT or eLearning Support.
